My path as a designer started in 2002, on the second year of my BA when I was hired as a designer by a toy-inventing company. Design is part of my story ever since.
As a product designer for the last 20 plus years, i have been working both in mass-produced products and on limited editions and design research, creating unique top-selling products and innovative experiences through a playful approach to both design and things.
As a design educator for the past 16 years, i bring to my teaching my broad understanding of design as an ever expanding field. I provide my students with a variety of tools, pushing them to explore the intersection of product and technology, to account for social impact, to experiment with entrepreneurship in the field. I expect my students, as I expect myself, to be able to constantly evolve as designers and students.
As a multidisciplinary designer i have taken part in many exhibitions in galleries and museums in Israel and internationally. My exhibited works use design to ask questions about the relationship between people and objects and explore the ways design affects our lives.
i create in a state of play
